What is the cost?
Our monthly plan is £20 for up to five bins including recycling and general waste. Single cleans are priced at £8 per bin.
Which Villages do you visit?
We cover Aberfoyle, Balfron, Blanefield, Buchlyvie, Callander, Drymen, Fintry, Gargunnock, Killearn, Kippen and Strathblane.
Payment Methods
We process payments upfront via card to keep things simple. Monthly subscribers benefit from automatic renewals, while one-off customers pay before the visit.
How do I secure my spot?
Simply choose either our Monthly Plan or a One-Off Clean—whatever suits you best.
Do I pay before or after my bins are cleaned?
What if my bin is inaccessible?
To maintain an efficient service, we require payment in advance. We won't be able to clean your bins if payment hasn't reached us yet.
If access is blocked, we will notify you immediately. We will attempt the clean again during our next local circuit.
Booking & Timings
What time is the cleaning?
We arrive on your scheduled bin day or the following morning once the council has been. If you have two cleans a month, only one visit is made.
Can I try a single session?
Yes, you are welcome to book a one-off trial for £8 per bin during your collection week to see how we work.
